What we expect from you as an Account Director:
At least 5 years of experience working in an advertising agency as an Account Manager or Account Director, or similar in another communication function.
Trilingual (NL - FR - ENG)
Experience with both offline and online communications channels. (Only online experience? Let’s talk)
Strong communication skills that allow you to make a difference, both internally within the agency (you get things done) as externally at clients (clients trust and/or love you)
Leader skills that motivate the account team that works with you. Thanks to your people management, your team always excels in the work and loves the job.
Be an inspiration and leading example for the people that work with you.
A teamplayer. Someone that is ‘we’-oriented, not ‘me’-oriented.
A will to DO, but first to REFLECT on the strategy and the clients businesses. You have an excellent understanding of client’s business and objectives and give strategic foundation. You communicate the strategic vision across client and agency teams.
You can make a budget and then stick to it.
You are able to see the business with a Helicopterview.
A good sense of humour and a way to see things in perspective.
