Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a trilingual (NL-FR-ENG) Account Director with at least 6 years of experience who knows the ins and outs of Performance Marketing. Someone who has worked in a (digital) advertising agency or in another sector, as a Digital Communication Professional.
What skills do we expect from you?
You are able to understand the needs of your client and translate them into deliverables. You know how to challenge or enrich a briefing, to ensure the best creative & strategic outcome for your clients.
You lead & grow your client’s business. You sell, upsell and cross-sell like no other.
Thanks to your digital background you can support your client with first hand advise or know when to bring our digital experts to the meeting.
You have a will to DO, but first to REFLECT on the strategy and the client’s businesses. You have an excellent understanding of client’s business and objectives and give strategic foundation.
You manage several projects and clients at the same time, so you know how to keep a helicopter view.
And of course you excel at making budgets and know how to stick to them. You are a negotiator and know your way around pricing and fees.
People management skills
You have good leadership skills and motivate your team. You are ‘we’-oriented, not ‘me’-oriented. Thanks to your people management, your team always excels in the work and loves the job.
You have a good sense of humor and a way to see things in perspective.

Marketing & communication skills
You have experience with both offline and online communication channels.
You know your way around Performance Marketing and work hand in hand with our Performance Marketing Strategists on performance marketing plans. You turn a strategic presentation into an actual smart content platform in no time.
You focus on results, and together with our Performance Marketing Experts you aim to optimize these results. Therefore, you know how to organize content distribution via a variety of digital channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, email, SEA, etc.
You know how to explain functional analysis, wireframes and scoring models clearly to colleagues working on your projects, and especially to your clients.
