Your role
- You’ll oversee the updates of and changes to several websites of an important player in the automotive industry.
- As part of a team of webmasters and account managers, you are in direct contact with the client. You capture the client’s needs and translate them into briefings that couldn’t be misunderstood even if you tried.
- You test your team’s work and report back to the client. You have some experience as a webmaster yourself? Nice! always good to know exactly what you're asking of your team. And to be able to do some last-minute updates to websites yourself if necessary.
- You both manage the client’s expectations and the execution of those expectations by the webmasters in your team.
- You’ll be working in an international context, managing websites for clients in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. You’ll be in touch with their international headquarters, our offshore support hubs and colleagues in other countries.
Your profile
- You love working with clients. You present the work of your team with enthusiasm and can handle it if your client doesn’t share that enthusiasm yet.
- You are passionate about all things digital and automotive.
- You have the technical insight needed to translate the client's needs into clear briefings for the webmasters and developers.
- Ideally you also know your way around HTML, CSS and some content management systems. Or you’re a quick learner with a lot of spare time.
- You’re structured, well-organized and you perform well under pressure. You are familiar with project management techniques to keep track of your team’s progress on different projects. When everyone is freaking out, you bring calm, structure and chocolate.
- You’re eager to learn, always on the outlook for new information and you stay updated on the latest developments in your area of expertise. You like to bore, ehm, inspire your team with the stuff you read online.
- You’re fluent in Dutch and English. Tu te débrouilles en Français aussi? Tant mieux! But what’s most important is your eagerness and talent to communicate with others.
- You have some experience in Digital Project Management, as a digital-savvy Account Executive or you can show a two-year work experience in a similar position. Or just convince us you have what it takes.
- You’re able to motivate a team with your positive energy. You put things in perspective with a cocktail of rationality, pragmatism, humour and some tequila. The tequila is optional.
- You like to celebrate small and big victories with your team. Again, tequila is optional. Team spirit is not!
