- Develop an effective programmatic media strategy in line with the customer's objectives
- Preparation of detailed plans (budget, targeting, CPM / CPC, ...) for programmatic
- Collaborate with other media experts (social / search) to arrive at integrated digital plans for our customers
- Negotiating and purchasing digital media (both via oRTB/PMP and "direct")
- Leveraging programmatic media experience to implement and manage programmatic media initiatives across multiple DSPs, including campaign setup, budget and bid decision making/optimization
- Leveraging internal tools (DMP and first party data) to identify top performing audience segments and make recommendations on audience optimization
- Optimization and reporting of the media campaigns
- Help determine & optimize the internal processes for delivery of our media
This is you:
- 3-5 years of experience in programmatic digital media planning and buying
- Stunning knowledge of the Belgian digital media market with a good overview of the rangeand possibilities both in RTB and in “classic” display
- Strong experience with DSP platforms such as Google dv360, Adform or similar.
- Very analytical mind who likes to work with data and figures
- Passionate about digital media and technology: ad serving, audience management tools, ad tags, ...
- Can handle multiple projects at the same time and work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment
- Can work accurately with an eye for detail
- Not afraid to leave your comfort zone and “Run towards the fire”.
- Enthusiastic & potential to grow and start guiding the BBDO media unit as a (people) manager and (internal & external) SPOC.
