Social Content Writer (automotive)

We are looking for a great Social Content Writer with a passion for all things automotive.

Your role

  • You work closely together with our automotive team to understand the client’s briefings, strategy, objectives, target audiences and brand voice
  • You adapt and write full funnel creative content (AWA, CONS, CONV) that resonates with car enthusiasts across various social media such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X ...
  • You create local content based on existing materials (images, footage...) we receive from our HQ abroad
  • You are always up-to-date with the latest automotive industry trends. From the latest car model launches to the winner of the last F1 Grand Prix. You know it all
  • You are on top of new innovations and social media trends and ensure all content remains relevant and impactful. If we want to know more about, discovery ads, instant experiences, the latest TikTok challenge or SnapChat trends, you are our go-to person
  • In all your work, brand identity is your compass and you ensure the brand tone of voice is upheld across all touchpoints
  • You join in on client meetings (like a monthly social content status for example), share and discuss your social creations with clients for approval and publish them too
  • You do your own project management and planning. You handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with a smile on your face
  • You love going to automotive events and do some live reporting on social media from time to time too

Your profile

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Social Creative or as a Copy Writer within an advertising agency or on the client’s side
    (Don’t have that, but super motivated? Let’s talk!)
  • You are an absolute car lover and passionate about all things automotive
  • A critical thinker and problem solver
  • Brand-savvy and the guardian angel of the brand you work for
  • Always up-to-date with the latest evolutions of the (digital) touchpoints you work on
  • A positive spirit with heaps of energy
  • A team player. Someone who is “we”, not “me” oriented
  • A good sense of humour and able to put things into perspective
  • A hands-on & proactive mentality
  • An eye for detail
  • NL (Dutch native speaker) – ENG (& knowledge of FR is a nice extra)
  • You love to celebrate successes
