As an Account Executive, you’re the engine behind smooth-running campaigns and happy clients. You’ll work closely with your team to deliver projects that make a difference: on time, on budget and beyond expectations.

Your role

• Define project scopes, goals and deliverables together with your team lead.
• Plan and implement projects with a clear schedule, timeline and budget.
• Coordinate ongoing projects ensuring quality at every step.
• Be the daily contact and trusted partner for your clients. They rely on you because you get things done.
• Communicate clearly, both internally and externally. Because good communication is what you do.
• Think ahead and never lose sight of the big picture.
• Evaluate results, share learnings and help improve the next campaign.

Your profile

• About 1 year of experience as an Account or Project Manager, ideally in an agency.
• You'll be working for Dutch/French speaking clients, so it's important to be native in one language and professional in the other. You'll also need a professional knowledge of English.
• Hands-on and organized: you don’t just meet deadlines, you beat them.
• Sales-driven and budget-conscious: numbers don’t scare you.
• Strong communicator: you build trust with clients and keep teams aligned.
• Structured, detail-oriented and process-minded. Schedules and to do lists are your comfort zone.
• Team player. You believe in we, not me.
• Energetic, curious and reflective. You act fast and think smart.
• And of course: a good sense of humour and the will to celebrate and have fun.
