We are looking for a energetic and hands-on Junior Planning Manager.

Your role

• You work at the beating heart of the agency. Together with our Senior Planning Manager, you’re the daily point of contact for the account and creative teams.
• They brief you on new projects and campaigns. You translate those into clear, workable creative plannings that keep everyone moving in the same direction.
• You keep those plannings sharp and up to date, making sure everyone knows what’s happening, when, and why.
• You monitor the bigger picture, flag gaps or opportunities and help improve the next campaign by sharing learnings along the way.
• You support the Senior Planning Manager with coordination and admin where needed. Above all, you keep communication flowing and everyone aligned.

Your profile

• You’re fresh out of school with heaps of energy and a proven passion for communication, production or planning.
• You’re native Dutch and professional in French, or bilingual (Dutch/French). Professional knowledge of English is a must.
• You’re organized and structured. Schedules and to-do lists are your comfort zone.
• You stay calm and solution-minded, even when things get hectic. When chaos hits, you keep your head cool and your focus sharp. You’re the rock in the roll.
• You’re proactive. You spot issues and opportunities before others do.
• You’re social and approachable. Picking up the phone and talking to anyone in the agency, regardless of their role.
• You handle confidential information with discretion.
• You’re a true team player who believes in we, not me.
• You’re curious and reflective. You act fast, think ahead and never lose sight of the bigger picture.
• And yes: you bring humour to the table and enjoy celebrating great work together.
