We are BBDO. We are part of the Omnicom Advertising Group, housing in the Escaut building in Brussels. Together with the other agencies in our offices, we are looking for an all round Hospitality officer with a can-do mentality. Someone fun, energetic and hands-on. A handraiser with an eye for detail and a heart for hospitality and office management.

Your role

• You welcome visitors and clients with a smile, guide them and ensure that they get a good impression of the companies housing in the Escaut building
• You handle incoming calls, e-mails and mail
• You help take care of our facilities, our meeting rooms and our building in general
• You help organize and set up internal events
• You work as a team with our Escaut Office Manager. Together you handle some general administration and take care of our office management

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years of experience working as a Hospitality Officer, as an Office Assistant, as a Receptionist or similar in another function
• You are motivated and enthousiastic
• You like challenges and think out of the box
• You are service-minded, hands-on and proactive
• You have an eye for detail and a drive to execute the work in the best possible way
• You have strong communication skills that allow you to make a difference, both within the Escaut building as towards our clients
• You’re trilingual (NL – FR - ENG)
• You are a teamplayer
• You have a positive spirit, a good sense of humour and a way to put things in perspective
